Head Baker & Business Owner Kiersten George established Victoria Yum Bakery in Hackney, East London almost 15 years ago, from vibrant street food markets to the counters of independent coffee shops across London, Victoria Yum developed a tasty reputation that was built organically, one bake at a time.

Victoria Yums dedication, consistency and deliciousness led to her bakes being stocked in the prestigious food halls of Harrods, Selfridges, and Fortnum Mason.

In 2020 VY HQ relocated to Colchester, Essex to our beautiful Grade 1 listed property, a new chapter in a new city, with a yummy line up that now includes breads, buns and pastries and the ‘must try’ doughnuts displayed fresh every weekend.

We're really proud of our bakes, made with high quality ingredients and produced by hand, on site daily in small batches.
