Courier Delay or Damage - We are not responsible for delays once the courier has collected the package. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been handed over to the delivery company. Due to local delays in service, your delivery may take longer than usual, if you have not received your order after 5 days, please email cake@victoriayum.com and we will investigate.
Delivery Address - If you are sending as a gift, please ensure you have entered the correct 'Shipping Address', ensure the details are correct, particularly the postcode
Failed Deliveries - Delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, or package returns are non-refundable
Letterbox Policy: Our boxes are designed to fit most letterboxes; we are unable to take responsibility should the courier choose not to post it through your chosen letterbox.
