FRUIT BASED CAKE

Layers of our signature olive oil based sponge, super moist and packed full of fruit. This base is the perfect stage for our cream cheese frosting and seasonal fruit. Your cake will be topped with fruit hand chosen to pair with the flavour of your cake. Attached images for example and guide. 

If you select nuts, these will be selected to match your flavour profile.

Wedge of Cake or a Party Portion
The traditional way to portion a round cake is to cut wedges, each guest would be presented with a generous portion of cake. We recommend this method of cutting/portioning.

48-50 Party Portions

Make it go further
If you want to make your cake stretch further, consider 'party portions' for your guests, in a grid style you can increase the number of portions and present your guests with a finger of cake.

Be warned - this can get a little messy!

INGREDIENTS

Unsalted butter (MILK), caster sugar, whole eggs (EGG), whole milk (MILK), vanilla  extract, self raising flour (GLUTEN & WHEAT), cream cheese (MILK), icing sugar, sprinkles, optional natural colouring and fresh seasonal fruit. Edible flowers are sourced from our organic micro herb and flower supplier based in Norfolk
